• Long-Term Care Insurance Task ForceThe passage of AB 567 (Calderon) established the Long Term Care Insurance Task Force (Task Force) in the California Department of Insurance to explore the feasibility of developing and implementing a culturally competent statewide insurance program for long-term care services and supports.

• California Partnership for Long-Term Care
  The California Partnership for Long-Term Care is an innovative program of the California Department of Health Services in cooperation with a select number of private insurance companies. These companies have agreed to offer policies that must meet stringent requirements set by the Partnership and the State of California.
